2.SENDING DRAFT OF AGREEMENT

Our team will engage with you to understand your unique needs and preferences for the rental agreement. We will address any concerns and provide expert advice throughout the process Agreement Drafting. After the consultation, we will create agreement draft that includes all necessary terms and clauses. We will prepare draft of Agreement and send across the same for your kind perusal to Both Parties, the licensor and the licensee.

3.BIOMETRICS

After draft is finalize, you book an appointment for your biometrics.

  1. You can come for your biometrics at our office.

                                   Or

  1. you can also take our door step service at your home / office visit for your biometrics. Our team member will come at your place as per your best available time and complete your biometrics. Both licensor and licensee can do their biometrics at different place on different time. You can complete your biometrics from any where in Maharashtra, India and world also with our services.

 

4.REGISTRATION AND DELIVERY

After your biometrics is done, we submit the draft for registration. As draft is get register, the soft copy of register agreement will be sent to Licensor and Licensee via whatsapp or email.  We can also send hardcopy of register agreement, for that courier charges will be charged
